I am in-network with BCBSTX, Cigna, Aetna, Superior, Medicaid, & United HealthCare. 

For out-of-network insurance panels, I can provide a superbill. 

*In lieu of billing insurance, I'm able to provide a superbill upon request. A superbill shows an itemized list of services that you have received from an out-of-network provider. It's like a detailed invoice or receipt. It's a specific document required by an insurance company that allows you to seek reimbursement.*
